Are you ready to go back to work? After the long break it is just normal to feel some anxiety going back to work. But the reality is, the holidays have passed. It is a new year and work has to be done. Don't worry, there are other holidays through out the year and I am pretty sure you will take advantage of these days.
Here are some tips to make the transition easier:
- Have some goals and targets for the month - or at least for the first few days in the office
- Remove the decorations at home so you won't be reminded of the holidays that you so dearly want to have again - remove the decorations at your office as well
- Focus on the tasks that you have to accomplish.
It's real, the holidays are over and you need to go back to work. The transition can be frustrating but it can be done without hurting anyone.
